"Do a dollop..."

I love sour cream. Not only is it a great source of calcium and Vitamin A (I will admit that I googled that), but you also get an inspirational thought if you buy a certain brand. It tastes great on baked potatoes and pretty much all Mexican food, and even comes in varying degrees of fat content to choose from.

What I do not love is the gross liquid puddles that form after the first time you use it. I would like to share with you an easy way to stop this from happening. When you are done getting your sour cream portion, use the back of the spoon to smooth it back down flat in the container. Replace lid and enjoy a lack of liquid next time you use it. May seem simple, but I was surprised how many people do not do this. Take care until next time!
